About Lorraine
Hi, I’m Lorraine, founder of Everyday Hypnosis.
I help people shift the habits, patterns, and emotional responses that shape their daily lives. Through focused, collaborative subconscious work, real and lasting change becomes possible—one step at a time.
Before becoming a certified hypnotist, I spent years teaching across elementary, secondary, and adult education. That background continues to shape my approach, grounding it in how people actually learn, grow, and create sustainable change.
My path into hypnosis began through my own experience. Like many, I struggled with patterns that didn’t shift through willpower alone. Hypnosis showed me how powerful the mind can be when guided effectively, allowing me to create lasting change in my thinking, habits, and daily life.
I’m professionally trained through the Hypno-Healing Institute and a certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). I’m also a certified yoga instructor, bringing a mind–body perspective into every session.
Through Everyday Hypnosis, I support clients in reducing stress, changing unwanted habits, building confidence, and creating healthier patterns of thought. My approach is personalized, supportive, and rooted in the belief that transformation starts with small, intentional shifts.
