Reiki is a gentle energy healing experience designed to support deep relaxation, energetic balance, and a greater sense of grounding.
Your session may incorporate Reiki, crystals, intuitive guidance, tarot cards, sound, energy clearing, and other supportive tools depending on what you need that day.

Tarot Reading
Sometimes the cards don't tell you what will happen. They help you see what is happening.
Tarot can offer another perspective when you're standing at a crossroads, searching for clarity, or simply curious about what your intuition is trying to show you.
Your reading may explore relationships, life transitions, personal growth, purpose, energy, or a question that has been sitting heavily on your heart.
Rather than simply telling you what the cards mean, I use them as a tool for intuitive exploration and guidance.

What Happens When You Arrive?
You don't need to prepare a perfect question. You don't need to know how tarot works. You don't need to have experience with Reiki.
And you certainly don't need to know how to communicate with Spirit.
We'll begin by creating a comfortable, grounded space and talking about what brought you here.
From there, I'll guide you through the experience.
Some sessions are quiet and restorative. Some are emotional.

Some leave you with a message you weren't expecting.
There is no “right” way for your session to unfold.
