This Reiki Level 1 course is an introduction to the history, principles, energy and practical foundations of Reiki. You'll learn how to prepare for your practice, work with the Cho-Ku-Rei Power Symbol, and follow a complete Level 1 self-Reiki hand-position sequence.
You'll also learn about Reiki lineage, the energetic framework of Reiki, what to expect from your Level 1 attunement, and how to begin incorporating Reiki into your everyday life.
After completing the five modules and reflections, you'll meet with Shauna privately for your Level 1 attunement, followed by 30 days of developing your own Reiki practice.
You don't need any previous Reiki experience, just an open mind and a willingness to learn, practice and experience Reiki for yourself.
